Nicole, also a Certified Probate and Trust Specialist along with certifications in Basic, Advanced, and Master Negotiations and as a First Time Buyer Specialist, brings an analytical, client-focused approach shaped by her Business Administration background in financial planning and nearly two decades of client-facing experience, with particular expertise in the K Section and O Section neighborhoods, collectively known as the University District of Rohnert Park.
